Questions about pricing
Do coaches and specialists pay?
No. Families pay; the coaches, academies and specialists they link are free.
How many children does one plan cover?
Up to 4. If you have more, get in touch and we’ll add them free.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from the app’s settings. You keep using it until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
What if a payment fails?
We’ll tell you in the app and give you 14 days to sort it out. After that your information is kept safe but read-only until you pay again.
Can I try it first?
Yes: the demo has a made-up family, academy and specialists to explore. Change anything you like; it resets every night.
