Do I pay anything?
No. Families pay; the coaches and academies they link are free.
Who sees what I write?
The player’s family, and whoever runs your academy. Other academies only if the family chooses to share it with them.
What if a family stops paying?
You can still read what you wrote, just as the family can, while they decide.
Does it work for a small academy, or just me?
Yes. On your own, the players’ families link you directly. An academy adds its coaches as it grows.
